The gap

A capable factory deserves more than referral-only growth.

Referrals built most manufacturing businesses, and they still matter. But they are limited to who your current customers happen to know. These are the three gaps we see most often.

  1. Buyers cannot find you.

New buyers search by process, material and location. If your site only ranks for your company name, they shortlist someone else before you know they were looking.

    How manufacturing SEO helps
  2. Your website does not prove your capabilities.

Buyers look for machines, tolerances, materials and certifications. A brochure-style site with general claims gives them little reason to send a drawing.

    What a capability-led website shows
  3. Enquiries lose momentum after the first conversation.

Quotations go out and go quiet. When follow-up lives in WhatsApp threads and memory, good opportunities slip away without anyone deciding to let them.

How sales systems keep enquiries moving

The Marketing Mantra Growth System

Three parts. One connected system.

Most manufacturers already do some marketing: a website, a few LinkedIn posts, an exhibition. The trouble is that these activities rarely connect. We treat visibility, follow-up and brand as one system, because each part makes the others work harder.

Buyer searching

01

Digital Presence

Help relevant buyers discover your business.

SEO, websites, LinkedIn, useful technical content

02

Sales Systems

Give every enquiry a clear next step.

CRM, lead ownership, quotation workflows, follow-up

Sales conversation

03

Brand Building

Make your capabilities easier to trust.

Positioning, company profiles, catalogues, consistent identity

Supports every step: buyers trust what they find, and your team sells from a stronger position.

Visibility without follow-up wastes the enquiries you worked to attract.

Follow-up without visibility has too few new conversations to work with.

A clear, credible brand makes both easier: buyers trust what they find, and your team sells from a stronger position.

None of this guarantees orders. It closes the gaps where good enquiries are usually lost.

Founder

Built by an engineer who understands manufacturing.

Sagar Mamure is a mechanical engineer turned marketer. He has worked inside a manufacturing business, co-founded and led marketing at a manufacturing-sector company, and has been working in marketing since 2020.

That background shapes how we work. We can read a drawing, ask sensible questions about tolerances and capacity, and write about your capabilities without dumbing them down. It means buyer research starts from how engineers and purchase teams really evaluate suppliers, and sales follow-up is designed around RFQs and quotations, not consumer funnels.

“Most manufacturers don’t need more posts. They need a simple system that brings the right buyers to them.”

How we work

What is Marketing Mantra?

Marketing Mantra is a marketing, sales and branding consultancy for manufacturing companies, based in Pune, India, founded by mechanical engineer Sagar Mamure with co-founder Riddhi Ladva. We help manufacturers such as CNC machining, fabrication, auto ancillary, industrial equipment, water treatment and additive manufacturing companies get found by buyers, build credibility, and turn more enquiries into sales conversations, through SEO, websites, LinkedIn, branding and CRM. We work with manufacturers across India.

What does manufacturing marketing include?

For most manufacturers it covers three connected areas. Digital presence: SEO, a capability-led website, Google Business Profile and LinkedIn, so buyers can find you. Sales systems: a CRM, lead ownership and quotation follow-up, so enquiries do not go quiet. Brand building: positioning, company profiles and catalogues, so buyers can trust what they see. We start with the gaps that matter most to your business rather than doing everything at once.

Can you work alongside our sales team?

Yes, and we prefer to. Your sales engineers know the questions buyers ask, which makes our content and website more useful. On the sales-system side, we build around how your team already works and keep the process as light as possible.

Do you work outside Pune?

Yes. We are based in Pune and work with manufacturers across India through online meetings, shared documents and regular reviews. Visits to Pune-region sites, such as Pimpri-Chinchwad and Chakan, are easier to arrange in person.

What affects pricing?

Our monthly packages are Foundation at ₹12,000 (no setup fee), Growth at ₹22,000 (one-time setup ₹10,000 to ₹12,000) and Scale at ₹40,000 (one-time setup ₹15,000 to ₹20,000). See what each package includes. Work outside a package, such as a new website build, is quoted separately before we start. If you are unsure where to begin, the free audit shows which gaps matter most.

How do you measure progress?

We agree a small set of measures at the start, focused on business outcomes: qualified enquiries, their sources, response times, quotations sent and opportunities created. Supporting measures such as search impressions or LinkedIn profile views help explain those numbers, but traffic alone is not the goal.

How long does SEO take?

It varies. Specific, local searches can start to move within a few months once the right pages exist and are recrawled. Broader, more competitive searches usually take longer. Timelines depend on your current website, competition and how quickly technical content is available. No one can honestly guarantee rankings, and we do not.

What does the free audit include?

The free Manufacturing Growth Audit is an online questionnaire that takes about 10 to 15 minutes. It scores six connected systems: market visibility and discoverability, lead generation, sales and follow-up, positioning and trust, growth strategy, and growth management. Your report includes an overall score out of 100, a score for each system, an executive diagnosis, your top three growth leaks, priority actions and a 30/60/90-day plan. It is generated from your answers, so it is only as accurate as the information you give.
