How Marketing Mantra collects, uses and protects your personal data when you use marketingmantra.net. Last updated 20 October 2026.
This privacy policy explains what personal data we collect through this website, why we collect it, who processes it for us and the choices you have. We follow India’s Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023. In short: we collect only what we need to reply to you and run our business, we do not sell your data, and you can ask us to see, correct or delete it at any time.
Who we are
Marketing Mantra is a marketing, sales and branding consultancy for manufacturing companies, founded by Sagar Mamure and Riddhi Ladva. Our address is Niljyoti, Gokhalenagar, Pune 411016, Maharashtra, India. For this website, Marketing Mantra decides how and why your personal data is used (in the language of the law, we are the “data fiduciary”).
What we collect and why
When you fill in the contact form
We ask for your full name and phone or WhatsApp number, and optionally your email address, company and a message. We use these details to reply to your enquiry, to understand your needs and, if you ask, to prepare a proposal. Each enquiry is emailed to our team and saved in our customer relationship management (CRM) system so that it is not lost. We do not add contact form enquiries to any mailing list.
When you download our free eBook
The eBook form on our homepage asks for your first name and email address. We use them to send you the eBook and, from time to time, related guides and updates for manufacturers. Every email includes an unsubscribe link, and you can unsubscribe at any time. The form is protected against spam by Google reCAPTCHA.
When you message, call or book a call with us
If you contact us on WhatsApp, by phone or by email, or book a strategy call through our calendar, we receive the details you share, such as your name, number, email address and the content of your message. We use them to respond and to keep a record of our conversation, which may be saved in our CRM.
When you use the free growth audit
The Manufacturing Growth Audit runs on growth.marketingmantra.net. The details and answers you enter there are used to produce your report and may be used to follow up with you about it.
When you buy an eBook
Payments are handled by Razorpay on its own secure pages. We receive your order details (such as name, email address, phone number and the amount paid) to deliver your purchase and keep accounting records. If you claim the free marketing audit included with the bundle, we also use the answers you give in the audit form to prepare your report and arrange the call. We never see or store your card or bank details.
When you browse the website
Like most websites, our hosting provider automatically records technical data such as your IP address, browser type and the pages you request, to keep the site secure and working. We also use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use the site, as described under Cookies and analytics.
We rely on your consent when you choose to submit a form, message us or sign up, and on uses the law permits without consent, such as keeping the website secure and meeting legal and tax obligations. We do not sell, rent or trade your personal data.

Cookies and analytics
This website does not use advertising cookies. We use Google Analytics 4 to count visits and see which pages and buttons people use, so we can improve the site. Google Analytics sets first-party cookies (named _ga and _ga_*) and collects information such as the pages you view, how you arrived, your approximate location, device and browser. We do not use it to identify you personally.
The eBook form is provided by EmailOctopus and protected by Google reCAPTCHA. When the form loads, reCAPTCHA may set cookies and collect information about your device and browser to tell people from bots, under Google’s privacy policy and terms. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, and you can opt out of Google Analytics on all websites with Google’s opt-out browser add-on. The website works without cookies.
Links to other websites
Our pages link to other websites and services, such as LinkedIn, WhatsApp, Google Calendar, Razorpay and our growth audit. When you leave this website, the other site’s own privacy policy applies.
How long we keep your data
We keep personal data only for as long as we need it for the purpose it was collected: to respond to you, to work with you if you become a client, and to meet legal, tax and accounting obligations. When it is no longer needed, or when you ask us to delete it and we have no legal reason to keep it, we delete it or make it anonymous.
How we protect your data
The website uses an encrypted HTTPS connection. Form submissions are checked on our server before they are passed on, and access to enquiries and our CRM is limited to the people who need it. No method of storage or transmission is completely secure, but we take reasonable steps to protect your data and will act quickly if a breach occurs, including informing you and the authorities where the law requires.
Your rights
Under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, you can:
- ask for a summary of the personal data we hold about you and how we use it
- ask us to correct, complete or update it
- ask us to delete it
- withdraw your consent at any time, for example by unsubscribing from our emails or asking us to stop contacting you (this does not affect anything we did before you withdrew it)
- nominate another person to exercise these rights for you in case of death or incapacity

To use any of these rights, contact us using the details below. We may ask you to confirm your identity before acting on a request.
