About these terms

These terms and conditions apply to your use of marketingmantra.net (the “website”) and to anything you buy from or arrange with Marketing Mantra through it. Marketing Mantra is a marketing, sales and branding consultancy for manufacturing companies, based at Niljyoti, Gokhalenagar, Pune 411016, Maharashtra, India (“we”, “us”, “our”). By using the website you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use it.

How we handle personal data is explained separately in our privacy policy.

Using this website

You may browse, read and share the website for lawful purposes. You agree not to:

• use the website in a way that breaks any law or harms us or anyone else
• send false, misleading or spam enquiries through our forms, or submit someone else’s details without permission
• try to gain unauthorised access to the website, its server or its data, or interfere with how it works
• copy large parts of the website, or scrape it automatically, for use elsewhere

We may change, suspend or withdraw any part of the website at any time without notice.

Information on this website

Our articles, guides, examples and checklists are general information to help manufacturers think about marketing and sales. They are not professional advice for your specific situation, and you should not rely on them alone when making business decisions. We work to keep the content accurate and up to date, but we cannot promise that everything is complete or current. Examples marked as illustrative are not client data.

Our services and pricing

The services and packages described on the website, and the prices shown for them, are an overview to help you understand what we offer. They are not a binding offer. Before any work starts, we agree the scope, deliverables, fees, payment schedule, term and notice period with you in a written proposal or agreement. Work outside that agreed scope is quoted separately before we begin.

Prices on the website are in Indian rupees. Applicable taxes, including GST, are shown in your proposal and on your invoice. We may update package contents and prices on the website at any time; changes do not affect an engagement you have already agreed in writing.

If these terms and your written proposal or agreement with us conflict, the written proposal or agreement applies.

No guaranteed results

Marketing results depend on many things outside our control, including your market, competitors, product, pricing, sales follow-up and changes made by platforms such as Google and LinkedIn. We commit to doing the agreed work carefully and professionally. We do not guarantee any particular ranking, amount of traffic, number of leads or enquiries, orders or revenue. Any figures we share, such as benchmarks or results from other work, describe what has happened elsewhere and are not a promise of what will happen for you.

The free growth audit

The Manufacturing Growth Audit on growth.marketingmantra.net is a free online diagnostic. Its scores and recommendations are generated from the answers you enter, so they are only as accurate as those answers. Treat the report as a starting point for discussion, not as a full professional assessment. Taking the audit does not create any obligation for you or for us.

eBooks and digital products

Paid eBooks are sold through Razorpay. Payment is processed on Razorpay’s secure pages, and its own terms apply to the payment. After payment, your eBooks are delivered digitally. If you do not receive them, or a file does not open, contact us and we will resend it or fix the problem.

7-day refund. If the eBooks are not useful to you, write to sagar@marketingmantra.net within 7 days of your purchase and we will refund you in full. You do not have to give a reason and you can keep the files. Refunds are made through Razorpay and usually reach your account in 5 to 7 working days.

Free marketing audit with the bundle. Each bundle includes a personal marketing audit: you fill in a short form sent with your eBooks, and you receive a written report and a 30-minute call, normally within 5 working days. Audits are limited each month; if the queue is full, your slot moves to the next month. The audit is general guidance for your business and does not oblige you to buy anything further.

When a book is revised, the updated version is sent free to the email address you bought with.

Each eBook is licensed to you for your own use and for use within your company. You may share it with people inside your company, but you may not resell it, upload or publish the file, pass it to other companies, or present its content as your own.

Intellectual property

The website and its content, including text, articles, eBooks, graphics, illustrations, the Marketing Mantra name and logo, and the design of the site, belong to Marketing Mantra or are used with permission, and are protected by copyright and trademark law. You may quote short extracts of our articles with a credit and a link to the original page. Any other copying, republishing or commercial use needs our written permission.

Client names and logos shown on the website belong to their owners and are shown to describe our work, not to suggest that those companies endorse anything beyond that work. Other product and company names mentioned, such as Google, LinkedIn and WhatsApp, are trademarks of their owners.

Ownership of work we create for clients is set out in each client’s written agreement.

Third-party links and services

The website links to and uses services run by others, including LinkedIn, WhatsApp, Google Calendar, Razorpay, EmailOctopus and our growth audit. We are not responsible for the content, availability or practices of third-party websites, and their own terms and privacy policies apply when you use them.

Limitation of liability

The website is provided “as is”. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss, or for loss of profit, revenue, business or data, arising from your use of the website or reliance on its content. Our total liability to you in connection with any product or service you buy from us is limited to the amount you paid us for that product or service. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under Indian law.

Your responsibilities

You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you give us, through our forms, the audit or otherwise. If you break these terms and that causes us loss, you agree to cover the reasonable costs of that loss.

Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of India. If a dispute arises, please contact us first and we will try to resolve it in good faith. If it cannot be resolved that way, the courts of Pune, Maharashtra will have exclusive jurisdiction.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time, for example when we add a new service or tool. The date at the top shows when they were last updated. If you keep using the website after a change, you accept the updated terms.
